@@lucasb9285her videos are from her daily streams, she just has to shorten and edit so it might take long but definitely not as long as it would if she does a video and then a stream.
@@lucasb9285 she could maybe do it as a longer build on stream, then turn it into a speed build for CZcams - she's done that before with other, longer builds
i love how kayla builds basically the same house everytime but we always eat it up anyway

To be fair it's definitely a lot harder to record a full-effort build for daily uploads, if you're looking for stuff like that there's a lot more on her Twitch
@@blearkobher videos on CZcams mostly come from her daily twitch streams, so she normally posts shortened versions of her streams. So she does take a day to make streams and then shorten it for CZcams and edit. Daily uploads on twitch are normally very nice because she takes her time and doesn’t have to shorten it then, she shortened one of her streams and made this.
@@Razburry1I could be mistaken but I’m pretty sure the videos like this where she’s building with the viewers
and talking to the camera are not from twitch, but the speed builds are.
@@Razburry1 ^yes, I believe ggottiii is correct. The speedbuilds come from twitch, but she usually streams for 3+ hours and it's arguably much harder to cut up 3 hours of footage into 15 real-time minutes of highlights than to just record for a quick 30 minutes and cut it into 15.
@@Razburry1 it's definitely not MOST. some are from her streams like sped up builds but her gameplay is almost always recorded and not from her streams and videos like this.

please do base game starter house but with a bit of an above average starter budget!! i feel like all base game starter houses end up looking the same when put into the same budget amount, spending a little bit more to make a realistic, lived in "starter" house would be sooooo appreciated

How about abase game build that isn’t cheap or a budget build? Just because the base game is cheap/free doesn’t mean my sims are
I'm not gonna lie, I don't have a dining room in my apartment, or rather I do and that's not what we use it for, and so I don't tend to always put dining tables in my Sims builds because they can eat on the couch and do homework or go on the computer at a desk or counter lol. Would save a lot of money, tbh
Unlimited budget base game build would be so cool, so you can really show off what base game can offer.
honestly, i find the cheapest base game counters kinda cute in the cream swatches..
Me too tbh they're so simple and they fit most house styles... I like the white with black counters too sometimes!
The cream/beige-ish swatches are my fav in counters, that or dark brown.

hi kayla I know you get many suggestions, but I think it would be so useful for a medium price build. like between 20,000 and 30,000 so its still affordable but you can have creative freedoms. anyway, love your builds! :)
i think the outside is cute & i like the green and grey color scheme BUT i would love to see an upgraded version of this house with an unlimited budget :) or a 50k budget

Can you do a build challenge where you like build a shell, but then you place a toilet in a completely random spot or like a fridge, and you and other ppl have to make the floor plan and decorate without moving the fridge or toilet or whatever
I know many people have only base game, but I'm getting a little tired of Simsie always saying "this one is base game only so you can ACTUALLY download it", as if no one in her audience has bought any dlc in the past 8 years. Even if she uses 10 packs and I only have 7 of them, I can still download the build and replace the few plants and chairs from a different pack. I doubt majority of her audience are free to play players only, cause most people get bored of the base game fast and aren't invested enough to watch sims videos.
The layouts of your builds always give me such a feeling of homesickness, even though they're never the exact same 🥰 It's so comforting
i feel like when you build starter houses it would be fun to then "expand" it. the idea being after someone plays in it for a while and has money they can just replace it with the upgraded version

Simsie, if you wanted to make a 35000 house, just make a 35000 house. I appreciate you wanting to do some starter homes and low budget builds but the struggling for money thing gets a little old sometimes.
Kayla, another tip is to replace parts of the floor with concrete to save on simoleons. like under the rug, fridge, couch etc. doesn’t save a whole lot but it counts lol

I'll be honest I never play in starter homes. I either start from empty lot rags to riches style or jump straight into a house I've built using the free real estate cheat.
Why whenever you build a base game home its gotta be on a budget?

I currently have 8 sims (7 Sims plus one cat) in my legacy save and it’s madness. The icons are so small 😭 but in the legacy before that it was only 3 sims and a cat so I guess that’s what the difference comes from 😂
@LoveSTAY14341 yeah I usually abandon my big families to move on with the legacy when it gets to be too much lol
So eventually my households get that big. They just never start big enough for these houses lol
I love those 20x15 lots in Newcrest for building. Most of my starter homes begin there.
I wish we had a normal wood toned column that’s cheap with no detail an like I want it to match the basegame furniture ya know ? I hate how the cheapest one can like never be used

If someone is getting this as their starter home, they are worshiping you as a game saving god. 4 sims for under 15k on base game gives them a major starting budget (I think around 12k?). They can buy that railing and still buy toddler toys and a rocketship.

I just started playing this game 4 days ago, and i love the sims so far
This is by no means related to this video, but I feel like I have to share my opinion on something. Is there anyone having the same complaint as me? I am from Poland, a country in central/easten Europe. The Sims has been trying really hard to represent various cultures in the game. I really appreciate them doing that, and I am so, so happy for people from all around the world to finally get their representation. But I feel kind of hurt as an Eastern European. We get barely any recognition in any game, even though our culture is vivid, unique and beautiful. I wish we had at least something that would represent us in the tiniest bit. There are so many players coming from this region, that it is very painful to see us completely forgotten it looks like. Maybe I seem like I am complaining a bit much, but I had the inner need to speak up, since this is very important to me ❤
As a Latin American not from Mexico nor Brazil I get you so much, we always get put aside when it comes to our culture and dishes. And stuff in the game named Mexican or Brazilian are actually from all over Latin America in their own way.
It would be so cool to see eastern european representation (I'm from Germany) but I worry that they might mash everything together just like they did with Get together (Germany, Britain, France, Scandinavia, Belgium and everything they put in there)
I would love to see that! I'm also hoping to see some Nordic representation, especially architecturally (Finnish saunas, summer cottages, traditional masonry heaters, wood carved architectural details etc.)
@@L.L333 Yeah i found the way they mixed everything in get together weird. im from the UK so am like yea that's from here but then loads of stuff reminds me of places I've been in Germany and it kinda confuses me what the world is getting at. I prefer to use Henford on Bagley when i want to make cute british stuff
@@Ryan-mm1oj When I saw the Tudor Style houses I first thought they had no idea about german half timbered houses. Then I saw the debug houses that actually look german and realized they just thought it was kinda the same and what was especially sad was that they had so many patterns for Tudor/half timbered houses but only used one for all the houses😂

I would love to see you build a semi big rustic apartment building based on the item you mentioned in this video saying that you’d need to build a whole build for.
