Well that respect became economically such a downfall for Japan, because out of respect they let the employees work for a long time instead of 60-65y/o standard retirement and the workforce suffered a lot. It’s a good thinking and we should try to respect everyone but I think there is a tipping point. The best mix of respect/ strictness I felt was in Dubai and also very similar in Doha( although I was there for less than 10hr) but I feel that’s a balance
