Yeah, you can repeat whatever affirmations you want to help boost the sub. You can listen to as many height subs as you want and as long as you’re consistent and positive you should get results in about a few weeks or maybe 2 month’s depending on you.

Pain is when someone asks your height and you lie about it , and the biggest hurt is you lie to yourself by doing it , everytime u feel insecure and that lil ache in your heart , which always makes you feel underconfident than others. Just praying for everyone , including myself that we reach and grow everyday!! (Saying in the present tense)
