I know it would be a pain in the ass but what would be awesome if you could put a simulated xbox 360 controller on the screen to show what buttons you're pressing. I already did my RGH console but I got a 2TB hdd for it and I realised I forgot how to do a lot of this and now you have updated the vids (which is awesome btw). So this is a great series man.. really

Hi, I'm revisiting these tutorials since the HDD on my Xbox360 died and I need to go through all this again, so thanks a bunch! On a side note, you might want to change the link above to Aurora 0.7b.2 (the version you linked is 0.6)

Not entirely related, but does the weather feature still work on freestyle dash? Tried to add an api key from the world weather website, and nothing happened after searching. Thank you for the tutorials!

Anytime I try to launch a game from aurora it crashes my rhg or just brings me to an infinite black screen. I have no plugins set or anything. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I did exactly what you did in the video

I just want to say that I would really appreciate a video on how to rgh a slim console like a trinity or something because i'm just starting to mod xbox's and need some help on doing it. Also it would be beneficial for a lot of people who are just starting to do rgh's. I really like your tutorials because their very informative. Can we categorize content on this aurora like on freestyle. Separating games, xbla, homebrew, etc?
I already have freestyle 3 installed. If I followed this tutorial, will I run into any issues? Should I remove Freestyle 3 first?

I can't think of any problems that you will run into other than taking extra space, which is probably negligible in most situations. Aurora is better though. :)

Everything was fine but now I don't seem to have default dashboard anymore. It seemed to replaced with similar looking one called 'metro' or tethered live. Bit confused please help me understand. Thanks

Hey Modded Warfare, please help me. In dashlaunch, when saving the settings on the hdd so that Aurora would be the default dashboard and when rebooting my Xbox, it just brings me to the normal dashboard. It only seems to be default every time the xbox is running. When I off it, it will just bring me to the regular dashboard again. Is there any solution or an explanation on why the settings don't save?
I was wondering that I already had Aurora but I botched the Skins Transfer and now it doesn't appear if I reinstall Aurora what would happen to the games? Thanks beforhand.
When i was using FSD i could set FTP but in Aurora I can't. How come? Neither can I change fan speed

Hello, how to get rid of the log in screen? It launches before aurora does and it bothering me. The window says connect controller in thee corners and in i the top left corner it shows button A and Join. When I press join and I select my local profile it just does nothing, and I launch aurora by pressing home on controller.

Is it safe to connect to the Internet without live strong enabled? My dashlaunch doesn't let me enable it BUT live BLOCK is enabled. I know thatlive block is more important but will it still connect without live strong? Please answer

Hi modded warefare I've an xbox 360 with jtag in it and I downloaded Aurora but when ever I lunch it from xex menu it just gives me a black screen would you please help !!!
Ok so I have this aurora mod but later on the xbox started to take time to boot up I'll just wait 20 to 30 minutes until it finally boots up and the black screen goes away however later on the black screen didn't go away and I waited like 2 days and still didn't work I am just left with a black screen and a flashing controller light

hey man, i was installing aurora. but when i tried to login to Unity it fails. it said "API KEY ERROR - An Error has occurred in obtaining API Key. Please try again later" i enter my username and pass right, i can log in to my account in PC but it fails. i dont know how, help me pleaaseee

What if I want to launch this from the normal console dash. How do I install this and then go to games and there it is. Like XEXmenu? Also i am sharing a wifi internet connection from a windows 10 PC to the Xbox360 its on the network and all fine but as soon as I go make a Unity account and activate it on PC and head back over to the Xbox 360 in Aurora adding the account I get a API Key error. Not even entering the key manually helps. So I guess I just go without covers for now. Nevermind Got it to work by bridging my Wifi and Ethernet connection instead of sharing the internet from the wifi connection. Now it works and says there is a new version available I guess I have to get that to get the covers to work. Its downloading very slowly which is odd on a 1gb fiber connection. Oh well at least it is working.

Problem is getting on Xbox Live is so simple now. Where as link was really popular in the time when stealth servers didn't really exist or were way to expensive.

when I hold x you assigned or right bumper it does not take me to the stock dashboard or xexmenu it takes me back to Aurora when I press freestyle home

Great video! Only I'm having trouble getting DashLaunch shortcut working as per the video. i.e.to start XeXMenu pressing X. Is it a timing issue or is there a knack to it? Thanks :)
Probably a timing issue. You need to hold down the button as soon as you go to home screen. If you are even a second to late then it wont register.
