Great call very informative. I must say this revealed to me that I don’t know my numbers the way I should. 😮 It would be helpful to get your experience on hiring employees and how you manage that role.

    Great interview guys!
I run a small fence company out of Hutto and would love to network with both of you! The more quality people we can have under our belts to recommend to our clients the better! Let me know a good way to reach out to you if interested.

45 mins to mow a 2,500-3,500 sqft is horrible.
He needs to become more efficient, no excuse.
Our yards are roughly 3k sqft too, we can do 3.5 yards n hour solo with not the best route density.

He’s also a landscaper at heart. Give credit to where it’s due. That’s not his bread and butter service and he’s a go getter. He will dial in his production rate, I can guarantee it
