‌Large cannula = macrofat. Harvested fat bigger. A lot of times doctors use large cannula and leaves lumps bumps.
‌Microfat = small cannula usually smaller then 2 mm in diameter with 1mm hole. Microfat only in the face, reduces possibility of lumps, bumps, and irregularies. Of course, there’s an art to anything that has to do with surgery

Doctor, please do more videos about ‘fat transfer’ to the face. I’m interested in the procedure, but kind of worried about it because of what could go wrong. Also, I’m not sure if fat could be transferred to the areas of the face where I feel I need it.
