Thanks, you are helpful in helping me get motivated. I suffer from PTSD and extreme anxiety and depression. What you say in your videos has given me hope. I've been doing more physical activities getting myself out, it does help. I'm hoping to travel soon a trip I want to do for myself, take time for me. I love your content ! I lived in Kitimat and Prince Rupert in my youth, and travelled to Alaska and Queen Charlotte Islands on my Dads boat, all my growing up years, so am really interested in following alone on your Article Circle part of it. The. Mosquitos, yellow jackets , and horseflies are all horrendous, as well as the rain in the north, but your trip is really interesting to me. Thanks for publishing your videos, i really admire your adventurous spirit and I love Frank, my fur baby is getting to the same point as Frank in her health issues and we’re looking at alternatives to make her comfortable! We live in Ecuador, so it’s a tad bit harder to find options, but we’re enjoying her every moment that we have her, like you’re doing with Frank!

Ummm so true story: I once dated a man who wrote that quote on a little piece of wood which is still up in my van. Life and immaturity separated us and then years later we got back together long distance (something I never shared on this channel 🫣) and I thought we would spend our lives together and then he ghosted me. That was a hard time, and hard to have it all secret. Definitely grateful for my excellent friends like Flossy.

That hurdle - when I was hiking or biking I would have the ‘half hour rule’. I would push through and if I still didn’t want to do it after 30 mins I could go back. It almost always worked 🙂 🚶 🚴🏻♀️
