I've been to the playboy mansion, and it is the least impressive house on this list. It's only worth 200 million because of it's history. The house itself is not impressive at all. It's old, rickety, and was not well maintained. But the grounds were nicely kept and its on a large plot of land. Whoever buys it will probably have to sink 10 million into modernizing everything. Redo the plumbing, electrical, and remodel the kitchen and bathrooms for starters.
How could you possibly kill all the rampant CRABS running amok? Or the herpes! For gosh sakes, the herpes has gotta be all over every flat surface and most curved ones.

At any given time, there's 40-50 homes in Beverly Hills selling for over $20 million. The cheaper ones in this video do seem to have lots of great land, though.

This video has an error. Jeff Bezos owns the former Jack Warner estate in Beverly Hills. The one shown, allegedly his, is actually the Chartwell estate on 750 Bel Air Road in Bel Air.

Total value of all the homes in the video combined. Anyone with a brain would know there is no house in the whole country worth that much, matter of fact the most expensive house in the US is The One and it's in Beverly hills and it's 105,000sq ft with 7 pools a running track a full private night club, movie theater, a 50 car garage, a salon and the list goes on. The master bedroom alone is 3500sq ft with it's own pool and kitchen.

There are more mistakes in the commentary than I have time to list. Many of the homes shown aren't in Beverly Hill at all. The "Geffen Bezos" estate shown is the wrong house. The video is visually stunning but more research needed to be done.

Wouldn't a "private cul-de-sac" be, basically, a driveway? These homes are beautiful works of art, of course - but they do seem to require a lot of walking. Maybe the servants carry the owners around the house like an ancient emporer, stopping occassionally to plop grapes into their mouths?
I think I prefer my 25-foot walk from bedroom to kitchen - and I don't even need servants to clean my home! Besides, you just can't find good help these days! Tut-tut! Cheerio!
