Listened to it on audible, it's a great book about a great man and his friends. It's a story about being unapologetically yourself and living life on your own terms.

Rarely I feel compelled to leave a second comment. Genuinely blown away by Toby’s strength of character and story. A true true inspiration to people. This is his calling. Inspiring everyone he meets, online and in person.
I trained to be a counsellor some years ago. I was a UK Samaritan for 10 years and, together with other voluntary work, I feel I have an innate ability to empathize with others. I was deeply moved by Toby`s high functioning empathy skills for others too and. more crucially, his very high degree of self awareness. In my humble opinion, Toby would also make a very effective counselor/therapist. He could build on his existing university education/1st class degree in business, and train professionally to degree level. He could also be very valuable to the MoD, serving military and veterans. I also feel Toby may have greatly benefited therapeutically from your other podcasts. I really enjoy your work, James, and Toby`s interview is, by far, your best. Much respect to both of you. Only heard about Toby Gutteridge via Mark Ormrod, (Man Down) another hero sharing a Facebook post. I feel overwhelmed by listening to this, 2 hours of pure honesty and inspiration from someone who literally had to rebuild himself and his life!!! James English literally asks the questions we are all thinking, but in such a way that he draws out Toby’s very deepest and sometimes darkest moments. I am disabled thanks to a chronic illness and sometimes wonder “what’s the point?” But we all have something to give, there is still purpose to being here. Thank you Tony for your Service, Sacrifice and bravery. Your Story is possibly the most inspiring I have ever heard. Everything you said makes total sense. Thank you for sharing it with us, keep on keeping on and I look forward to watching your business grow and hearing much more from you in the future.

Funniest part of this horrible tale of human endurance was when Toby spoke of someone playing Cheryl Cole on the radio over and over. And James said that would of been enough to put you in a coma. It was just the right light hearted banter needed. After a brilliant but at times very dark And heart wrenching interview.....well done James for the sensitive approach in technique.
