I have a question, if the cylinder does not rotate in opening but only closes, it can cause that the opening of one or two doors from the opening control panel does not work from inside the vehicle, it is that two doors of my car do not work front and I noticed that I can not open the door with the key. I don't know if I have to change only the cylinder that is causing a problem or each front door plate.
Well I’ll applaud your skills to get this job done, but why even bother with the video? This was not a tutorial, this was a video of your skills. Unfortunately anyone who watches this is not here for entertainment, they want to learn how to replace a lock. This doesn’t help them achieve that.
Somebody please help me out. I have a 2009 Ford Focus 2 door coupe and the passenger side door wont open from inside but it does open from outside. How to fix it?
My door lock cylinder is jammed. I sprayed WD40 in the door lock cylinder but it's still jammed. I have a 2005 Ford Focus zx4 I only have one side to put the key in to unlock all doors,on the drivers side.
I just changed out the door latch, door lock rod that is finger controlled by pushing down was missing, owner messed up repair now fixed.
awesome!

i would have to guess just the cylinder but it you may be able to free them up when you have them out in your hands.

why wouldn't it help? it shows how to get it removed and reinstalled...
No you did not show the cylinder removal or the rekeying.
What time did you show the cylinder removal and rekeying?
You went so fast when it actually came to removing the cylinder itself.
So could you just pop out the lock not the whole handle
