I Tulou del film sono antistorici, al tempo di Mulan (periodo Běi Wèi, 386-534 d.C.) non esistevano, sono case fortezze più recenti. 😉
Molto belli i Tulou del popolo Hakka di etnia Han.

Well, if your grandparents were from Guangdong, then highly probably they didn't live in Tulou. The Tulous in the video are in Fujian Province.

Come la maggior parte delle costruzioni cinesi antiche in legno, vengono ristrutturate e il materiale originale va sostituito perchè danneggiato per vari motivi.
Quindi le costruzioni sembrano più recenti.
