  • Imagine planets where the rain is made of glass, falling sideways at super fast speeds, or worlds covered in constant darkness, where the light from their star never reaches the ground. These aren't the peaceful, blue spheres with white clouds or the red neighbors that have caught our attention for so long. Join us on this journey as we explore the most terrifying and scary planets that exist in our universe.

    Scientist - "I got stung by 12 wasps while leaving for work the day I discovered it."
    Aliens - "But what's with the b?"
    Scientist - "I got stung again by a bee later that day after work."
    Aliens - "Oh. I c."
    Scientist - "I hate your planet."

    It’s insane to think these places really exist. Earthquakes, planetary collisions, supernovas, black holes swallowing stars. Events vastly more amazing than anything that humanity has ever witnessed, passing by never to be seen. I wonder what the sky looks like on a planet near the galactic center. 1000 x more stars in the sky…

    It's asinine to assume we know quite a lot about planets outside our solar system. More guessing than anything else.

    • @TonySpike
      @TonySpike Před měsícem

      Its also asinine to presume that the most intelligent people on the planet (you know ...the ones who came up with this stuff) dont already know that when they make these guesses
      And since they are based on observable things from our own solar system its also asinone to not give the benefit of the doubt

    • @scotthullinger4684
      @scotthullinger4684 Před měsícem

      @@TonySpike - The problem is often giving far too many benefits for those abundant doubts.
      Another problem is putting doubts in the category of certainty, and vice versa.
      The end result typically ends up being that most people are willing to believe or disbelieve almost anything, because they never examine anything DEEPLY. This is how a court room, for example, of EVIL people operates.
      This is why so many people believed O. J. Simpson was "innocent" of murder, and hundreds of other similar examples in other court cases. Giving "the benefit of the doubt" works OK in a righteous society, but ends up being disastrous in an EVIL society. And the USA is becoming EVIL precisely because society overlooks and dismisses true evil while simultaneously seizing supposed evil where NONE exists. Examine another current day court for an example.
      Average people have no interest in truth, nor do they seek it; no, they only want to be entertained in one way or another.
