Liked it. Not as much as 2 and 3 but still liked it.
Literally the definition of filler episodes (but a whole season) with a few exceptions, but it has its moments.

I think this is probably inspired by anime
You missed two Inspirations,
Senator Gall Trayvis's appearence in looks is inspired by the Classic Actor/ Lieutenant Colonel, David Niven, well known for his role in the first original Pink Panther film.
And Chopper is inspired by original desgins of A2-D2 by Ralph McQuarrie.

Chopper is a canon version of Skippy the force sensative droid
Except far more badass, funny and without the need of the Force. If I had to make a droid kill team, Chopper would be up there HK-47 and K-2S0.

I Think I just found another easter egg, in Season 1 Episode 15, the finale, at 03:47 you can hear Kanan screaming from behind the door, and I think they used the Scream of Anakin when burning from the Lava in Episode 3

0:15 Technicians from Cienar systems also produced the power plant for the X-wing. Several rebelled and left to join the rebellion taking the plans with them. Source X-wing vs Tie Fighter video game.

You forgot to mention that Gall Trayvis appearance was based on David Niven as he looked in the 60s-70s. To me it felt as another hint to make the show look like if it was made right before A New Hope. Which is meta and awesome.
u forgot about the hammer heads that debuted in KOTOR,made canon again here and used in rogue one. that is one of the most delightful things they did specially for KOTOR fans.

Did you know: that Dave Filoni's Primary Inspiration for Ezra was Ralph Macchio (Karate Kid) and Ezra has the similarities between Aladdin from appearance and haircut down to his background as a thief? You forgot the fact, but fans notice the similarities with Ezra and Aladdin.

one you forgot.When chopper was showing the crimes of kanan you can see a dl-18 pistol.Also rouge one put some of kanans crimes on jyn.

He forgot to mention the shield generator from Empire Strikes Back that was in that Republic Asteroid base in Star Wars Rebels.
What if Snoke belongs to a race from the Unknown regions, and is using the First Order weaken the galaxy to make way for an invasion from the UR simmilar to the Yuuzong Vong!? Just a theory. ;)

Do you think if Luke had missed his shot during the battle of yavin after taking obi wans advice on not using his aiming system, (assuming if he missed he would still survive) he would give up on learning the force and stop believing in it ? Ps love your videos and really hope you answer my question
