The very beginning was a nice quote/inspired-by moment that sounds like “Prairie Wedding” by Mark Knopfler.
All GREAT! But the 335 on the bridge was perfection with the GTO
You could play any of those guitars through any pedal into any amp and it would still sound like pure gold!!

I’ve had GTO on my board for quite a few years and it’s great on my Strat Lollar SSH on my bridge pick up! Pretty much Gain at noon, then adjust the Accent & Warmth as needed. Great in “Live” performances 👏👏👏. Always enjoy your videos!
Glad you guys had a nice NY trip Guthrie. Cool pedal 👍The "GT"O reminds me that if you ever need another logo it needs to look like the hood of an old school race car, with "GT" in a white oval and a couple of racing stripes - then "GUTHRIE TRAPP" in small stretched script underneath : )
I’ve had the GTO on my board for a number of years & love it !! Settings pretty much match the same 👍 Bought it based on an earlier Video 🎶
Pedals are cool.......but nothing compares to the clean and pure sound of a Tele straight into a Princeton!

Thanks GT .. sounds like a cool pedal, and I like your minimalist pedal board thinking and how you can see the signal path in the video as it's wired on top of the board panel with single hole for power access which is underneath. This stands out to me as I am rethinking my pedal board, signal flow and pedals right now. What's the deal with the green pedal with the headphone icon on it? I didn't hear that talked about .. unless I missed it. What is that?
Ughhhh... I cannot believe I forgot all about your show at the Bitter End. It stings even more that I missed Oz Noy also........almost a sick feeling since I am so close!! I'll feel a bit better after my GTO comes in and test drive it with my new PRS Silver Sky, SRV Strat, and my 2 Teles.

I love your playing Guthrie. When you play pedal less , I like your sound better. I quit using pedals over a year ago because of your clean tone. I think it has made me a better player. I'm sure your lessons have helped also. Lol of course it's my opinion. Thanks for all you do for us lesser players.

I have the el capistan, but I usually prefer the tone on the Boss DD3 delay
Have you ever tried a treble booster pedal? Helps with getting classic rock level tones like Rory Gallagher or Brian May. ie. Naga Viper

Nice pedal. I appreciate that you play fairly clean. It's a more powerful, emotive sound that other guitarists can't always get away with. What gauge strings do you use on the tele?
The pedal sounds great, but let's be honest, you'd sound fantastic no matter what gear you used.
