Actually, this is the best demonstration of how to perfectly reverse park, simple and straightforward.

I see, have your left mirror centred in the chosen bay, swing out to 45 deg till left mirror is aligned with other bay line, reverse watching to make adjustment so you are basically centred. Nice.

It always looks easy when there are empty spots on each side of you.

I find it easier to park with cars on both sides, that way you dont have to pay attention to the lines, just park it between the cars

Yes, I'm getting a lot better with cars on both sides, practice does make perfect. Thanks for your comment.

Due to using a drone to record I could not do it near other cars for chance it came down.
And you are right it’s easier with cars next to you as you can see the physical space.

Oh look, another car park that has such small spaces, that people knock your car when they open their car doors🤬

This seems the best way .Worst is most instructors have one way of teaching that is ref & reverse for the 3 rd bay which is hardest way Yours seems pretty easy .Start teaching those instructors as well who don't know this

You are correct, more instructors teach the 90degree method rather than the 45degree shown in my video.

@@cyclopops Nobody drives using the 90 degree method in the real world haha.. If you drive two spots past the parking spot you want, you're going to lose it by the guy behind you.

Man I find it hard when there are empty spots and way easier when there are cars on the both sides

Lmaf, yeah when I am sandwiched, I always park 100% right, when empty, I fail almost every time

Can there be a little description? How much did you turn the steering moving forward and reverse ?

    • @cyclopops

Full lock was used at each stage and adjustments made nearer the kerb.

It's not that easy with a bay full of parked cars and cars waiting behind you

    • @cyclopops

One of the advantages of being over as far as the video shows is traffic behind has enough room to pass before you start the manoeuvre leaving a clear area to work in.

Essentially its the same both ways, start next to bay to be used and steer full lock away from it.
