- A cold front has hit the Western Cape and homeless people in Cape Town are concerned about the impact the low temperatures will have on them.
Although there'll be a slight reprieve in the cold weather conditions over the next two days, another cold front is expected to make landfall later in the week. Figures on homeless people on the streets of the Cape Town CBD range from 4000 to 14000.
