Malt Reviews should have a MUCH larger audience. Consistent uploads aside, the content is top level. Enjoyed part 2, Rob.
Agreed, but youtube has been taken over by the Bourbon infomercial channels. No problem with that but Bourbon and the next release of ECBP seems to be what the masses want. They all have the same content but that seems to sell on youtube.
They should be exploding! I believe with their independent reviews they do now on bottles available to the public and affordable, will boost their subscribers.
Re: whisky and food - I really enjoy Talisker 10 with seafood.
Re: monetization - The whisky hobby as a whole has been built in large part by the legends who have created vast archives, databases, review logs for the love of the hobby, not for monetary gain. We are all standing on their shoulders because of the vast quantity of information, data, recommendations we could consume for free when getting into the hobby.

Sorry to hear your Balvenie 40 rare marriage didn't live up to the price for your birthday. I personally do not pair any food with my whiskey. I did hear the Benromach 40 that Rob mentioned is suppose to be good. The 2021 57.1% is the one to get for about 2k. A lot of good topics. Good point on what happens if you only drink Epic whisky. I like how Mike & Narby do their independent reviews on bottles that are available to the common folk. LOL.. But don't stop with the archive bottles. Great review.
I normally cannot watch CZcams videos or whisky reviews for so long. However, these 2 hours went like flying! Insane! Yeah I absolutely enjoyed every moment of it. Four of you guys work magically well together!

Indeed Malt reviews deserve way more viewers & I think they'll get there if they continue what they started this summer, as you both said, that is bringing their huge experience to the table by assessing also, on a regular basis, more affordable stuff too. It is what I'm trying to do in a more modest scale as I don't do editing & I am not a native English speaker, mind you. In fact when I visited the USA, some people asked me if I was Canadian (not from Québec), lol...Cheers !
