Love lemon verbena! My favourite herbal tea and herbal cooking mix is lemon verbena and Vietnamese coriander. So delicious!
Congratulation to you and Tilly Rob. What a wonderful New year you are having. I bet you used to think that honking geese were loud enough 😄. But at least babies are quickly pacified. I can't think of a more perfect place to raise a child than in your food forest. The lemon verbena tea sounds like something my husband needs. He is a bad sleeper.
Rob ,if you were to sound calmer and more relaxed than you normally do ,I think you would be in a Hammock , snoring . 😁

Looking forward to trying that tea... My friend makes an excellent lemon verbena, fig and apple conserve that is fantastic with cheese, highly recommend people try it.
