1) Decedent was trespassing on the man’s property 2) Given Kelly/Wife life experience coupled with BP warnings, he had every right to be fearful 3) Decedent was not only trespassing on his property, but also our country. Case. Closed. Not guilty.

This is the first time I have ever seen a man being accused of murder with no definitive proof. No bullet linking his weapon to the death. Not guilty.
