On top, I have about 4 or 5 techniques. My favorite was when I noticed that people don't start bottom like I do. They're on all 4, but they aren't sitting back on their ancles. They have a wide base, their elbows are in, but they are just on their hands and knees like normal. So when they say wrestle, I immediately drop my leg that's behind them onto their calf to prevent them from standing and plus that hurts, chop in their arm, and then either do a tilt or just drive, again using my knee that's digging into their calf to help push off.
