You guys need to catch up on your Nuggie knowledge. True Chicken Nuggets are in style of Mcdonalds, Burger King, Wendys etc.... Which is Ground or Minced chicken reshaped, battered and then fried. Where as Chik fil a and Popeyes are just cut up chunks up chicken breast breaded and fried advertised as nuggets but in actuality are just small pieces of boneless fried chicken. You can totally prefer one style over the other but they're really not the same product. Best actual Chicken Nugget is Mcdonald's hands down. Chik Fil a has the best "real"

Sam was correct. The chicken tenders are from the tenderloin. This cut is located under the chicken’s breast close to the bone. Chicken fingers are cut up chicken breast or tenderloin.

I had these the other day, Popeyes uses better meat but the grease just destroys your system. Like it sinks to the bottom of your gut and gives you an aching feeling. Overall 7/10, would suffer again.
i dont know if you are a red wine drinker, but dark red wine helps break up fat if you have a glass with your meal. i always drink it with fatty/greasy food.
