In the 2nd to last teamfight in Game 1, that Jarvan Hourglass won them the fight SO hard. It bought them the time jinx needed to wipe the enemy team and win the game. They didnt show the replay but they should have
DL telling Kumo to not ult like a blind person while he was LITERALLY blinded by Nocturne ult is the highlight of 3 hours of gameplay
I think he was more talking about the timing of the ults rather than if he actually hit any of them
I really really liked Dune. The art direction, pacing, and characterisation was really nice. I'm hyped for the next part & I picked up all the books in anticipation. It's definitely a cinema-lover's type of movie; very artsy.

I would like to hear Sneaky and DL talk about imaqtpie and did he walk away when he was still good or he saw the writing on the wall. IMO DL has had the best supports of the 3, if sneaky had them the history may be different. Also I think QT walked away cause he was soo close to kiwikid he didn't know how to tell him he sucked ass.

The difference between focusing on league vs focusing on gambling is that your chance of actually making money off it is way higher with league. If you hit high elo in league and continue to be able to hit high elo then you just opened up a whole door of possibilities when it comes to monetization.

you guys being former pro players have an extensive amount of knowledge and could probably make a lot of money betting on games of league because you know a lot about the game and can accurately predict the outcome at least 60 percent of the time. There are few things on earth more fun than the rush of a win streak. I find sports gambling so much fun and nerve wracking at the same time because it’s awesome to watch all your knowledge on the game and your predictions of how it will go pay off literally lol.

What's really bullshit about AP Kaisa is that she's almost a direct analog to the old AP Nidalee, but the game has literally gotten to a point where an arguably better version of that kit is no longer considered problematic vs in the past when AP Nidalee was legit considered toxic enough to be reworked. I love the boys, but as a big gambler I feel like they all, especially peter, were really missing the fact that gambling has intrinsic joy in the same way video games do. Whether or not the house loses isn't a problem to the gambler. People gamble because the chance of winning is always there, the same reason a competitive person plays a game in soloque because they know the chance is always there. Losing money or gaining money is just a byproduct of the act of gambling. It's also the thrill of winning that drives people to keep going. Gambling is only ever bad when people don't have the money needed to enjoy the pastime. The euphoria that comes from simply pulling the lever and waiting in anticipation as a million lights go across the slot machine... pure ecstasy, in the same manor that grinding and getting stomping some games and getting a penta do.
Yes, but it’s also really predatory to make people spend every dime they have. The games intrinsically make people feel bad about losing money most of the time and are designed to keep you coming back in hope of getting your money back. Also, it’s mostly rigged against the average person. I think that was their point. I won’t deny it’s not fun and that everyone shouldn’t try it but it is destructive when you’re addicted.

i think the problem with dune, is that it feels like just the part 1 of a bigger thing, i still enjoyed the movie a lot tho
yeah it was hella slow nd an obvious setup for a series of movies but for some reason i still enjoyed it but i can definitely see the other point of view. though meteos seems to really dislike it for some reason.
if draven can cash in on assists, the champ doesn't feel awkward anymore -- esp in pro play where you just want to take what you get and put the enemy on a timer, draven awkwardly makes you wait and spend time you otherwise don't have to in weird scenarios that dont add anything to the gameplay element at all other than "dont give him kills" mentality from the enemy that is really frustrating -- it doesn't add anything good anyways imo, i dont play draven i only watch pro play and him and kindred look so fucking troll 90% of the time
Ive been saying this for so long now...even if draven only gets half for assists just let him cash in on assists instead of making him a full all in champ...where if he loses stacks before cashing in he just feels like a caster minion...

Summit's build vs Malphite is actually so bad. VS Malphite he can't really team fight, and Galeforce into Malphite split pushing will never let him win the 1 v 1. Also buying IE on Season 12 Trynd. Replace Galeforce with Kraken and IE with Phantom to mitigate the attack speed slow from Malphite E and Frozen heart, as well as true damage to overcome armor. Honestly I know Summit had good CS, and a good score, but I think he just played the wrong type of Tryndamere in this game, but what did he actually accomplish this game? Malphite got his items, and was tanky enough to play frontline. Summit's Trynd accomplished literally nothing, aside from pressuring sidelanes, and even then, his build never let him get the best of it. Most of the time Fudge had to come help the sideline push to secure a kill.
Listening to them justifying gambling is funny! Promoting gambling is bad because you are not wasting "your money". You can't promote casual "gambling", because casual gambling is when you set a small amount of spendable income , knowing you won't win anything, Thats "casual". knowing you get paid a huge amount and not having that "set amount of casual money" makes it no longer casual gambling, and that's why promoting gambling is bad! I like how everyone seems to justify promoting gambling. Money is a good motivator I guess. I guess you could promote "casual gambling" if you are not sponsored and is actually just your everyday person with avarage income. Don't think alot of people are promoting casual gambling, most of them are sponsored.

Dhokla ain't a prospect. The dude is a veterans. Has been in like 4 teams, multiples years on the scene, played as started so many times i can't remember. The dude is a bum and is not even worth having on Academy because he's not even smart about the game. I'm not rooting for recycle trash taking the spot of what could be a young amateur top laner who can grow if he joins an Academy team from the LCS.
Rosethorn is potentially good. I see what he got there.
Triple is ok. Serviceable . Can be the 7th best mid right now can rise into borderline top 5. He's for sure better than Palafox, Whatever TSM got right now and. Heck he might even be better than PoE
Prismal average af. A level above Academy players, but 2 levels below LCS starter. He's average and not someone you would want starting for your LCS team.
Breezy is pretty good. He gonna a low level starter.
CLG was the #1 team, but not really the best Academy team. They ended up with a 7W-9T-2L and already were send to losers bracket from Proving Grounds in like the 1st or 2nd round. That's not good record because Academy have been competitive this split wtih a bunch of teams trying up amateurs players, testing out drafts and stuff.
TLA and C9A are much better teams than CLGA. Those 2 teams would probably get into LCS playoffs

They are at least properly able to put their words in perspective and finish a sentence without the need of the word „like“ as a filler for a handful of times.
