You're reading my mind and experience. Over the past two weeks, I changed from auto to cpap. it was always when I got an air leak it would start blowing off my face from the auto. I even had dreams of chewing gum waking up and it was the mask. Have been super happy with changing the setting to CPAP. for the only reason of it not reading an increasing when I have a simple short air leak from roll over etc.... Though I"'m no Dr. P.s. still working on getting comfortable with increasing the pressures until the reports show the right stuff. I am sad however we don't have Dr.s in this world who can help figure this all out. It's not as simple as the office visits pretend to be.
I think Andrei either needs a sleep study to titrate him to a fixed pressure, or needs to have a sleep tech look at his detailed data to do that. Once that fixed pressure is determined, he can slowly build up to there, as you suggested in the video.
Let's gooooo Andrei!!!
