According to my books the superior border of canalis inguinalis is made of the lower edges of m. obliquus abdominis externus and m. transversus abdominis, as opposed to E.O. and fascia transversalis. I realise this might be a more superficial or quick walkthrough of the area, but I did miss an explanation of how the medial part of the posterior wall, the falx inguinalis, is formed and lies in relation to the rest.. Finding it hard to get a proper 3D image of the area into my head at the moment.
