Men's Cooking - Paweł Horąży
Composition:
- 500 g of wheat flour type 550
- 350 ml of warm water ❗️
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 20 g of fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar ❗️
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- oregano
1. Making the grout - mix
- 50 ml of warm water
- 20 g of fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- leave to rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes
2. Add all the water and half of the flour to the ready leaven and mix;
3. Add the remaining flour, olive oil, salt and oregano and knead with a spoon;
4. Set aside to rise for 2 - 3 hours;
5. Place on a floured surface and knead by folding;
6. Place in the form, cover and leave to rise for about 1 hour;
7. Mark and place in an oven preheated to 250°C;
8. Reduce the temperature to 220°C, steam the oven using the sprayer;
9. bake for 45 minutes.
