this was so inspired, thank you linh. the winter is ending where I live and I intend to live the spring by what I learned from you, to enjoy the touching grass moments (I work from home too) and the people who we enjoy be with, work in the pandemic setting (home and work intertwined) is exhausting specially for us young people who might have never experienced other living setting and we can get stuck in the mad routine. again, thank you for this video 💛

I LLLOOOOVEEEE NOTION!!!! It's my favorite thing ever, been using it for over a year now and it literally changed my life. I'm a nursing student with many other passions, hobbies, thoughts, etc and I use it to organize my entire life. I love that I can see everything from multiple platforms and as a perfectionist, I don't need to worry about a physical paper journal anymore 😅 Notion --> Spotify --> Pinterest --> Repeat

So I’m someone who’s always been intimidated by the weights in the gym. I purchased the workout guides by Natacha Oceane, and it helps a lot! She shows you each move so clearly that it’s a bit more manageable. So perhaps finding a guide like that could help start easing the intimidation!

I cooked a hearty breakfast oatmeal and coffee for myself, opened the window and ate my breakfast while watching your video and admiring the sky. Your videos always help me realize the beauty in my world that I often unintentionally ignore due to all the shit I "have to do". I love your videos and my life so much. As a person with 100% Asian roots that attends a western school, watching the way you embrace your culture while creating your original balance of traditional and modern cultures are truly inspiring. Also, welcome to the ✨jim✨. I've been always scared of weights too, I am still intimidated and get anxious of the buff jim bros. But we don't have to be afraid. We can do what we can do, I started from easy body weight exercises and naturally progressed into using weights.

as someone who has been experienced being super anxious and intimidated in the gym but slowly grown more comfortable, it definitely takes time, but if you're interested in using weights, I'd recommend looking up "shy girl workouts" to start with!
