This Trick Will Help You Fall Asleep Fast

  • I'm someone who often has trouble falling asleep, or getting back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. I've experimented with lots of way to stop my mind from running, or to get relaxed enough to fall asleep. This is the best one I've found so far and it's really simple to apply!

    Sleep on Japanese floor bed and mouth tape.

      I prefer to retrain the body for nasal breathing over mouth tape but yes I much prefer sleeping on the floor to a bed.

      The slower time, I release it seems to help my nervous system, learn to relax.
      Under water I used to stay under a little to long, my husband used to say, and now my nervous system fears, too long underwater, I an trying not to fear, but. .,?¿?
