Sean Dyche is the epitome of that guy who would never start a pub brawl, but would absolutely finish one. Thoroughly likeable chap.
Dyche walking on the grass knowing instinctively that the pitch is undersized.
You may think he’s crazy, but as a burnley fan, i know the impact that he had on our new training facility. Everything had to be the top quality, european quality. He will do ok with you lot
And you went down ?
@@TomTom-gh1nf they also got promoted to prem and finished 7th in the league? they went down after dyche got sacked.
@@TomTom-gh1nf why all the hate
@@Minepro237 They got promoted after Dysche took them down. He got sacked last season because they were on the verge of going down again. Burnley look like coming back up again without him. I am not trying to rain on your parade and I wish Dysche well at Everton. In the short-term he can't lose. If Everton stay up he is a saviour rather like Lampard was last season. If they go down then the board will be blamed for not sacking Lampard sooner.
I'm not sure how you think Dyche will make anything European quality but okay bud.
Dyche, walking the training pitch at the beginning is Pure Gold. I’m loving him already, proper manager I really hope he can keep us up. UTFT 👌🏿😁👏🏿
I always check Everton out, they’ve done lots for rhe people, hope they stay up and get on a good roll, Sean has got to be a good thing, bloody funny old game football eh. Everton supporters deserve the best , they’re top fans. Man U, Salford
Love Sean Dyche and always liked Everton. As a Man City fan in the bad old days we had some commonalities. I remember reading an article as an impressionable young lad in The King of the Kippax written by an Everton fan. I still have the fanzine somewhere. I’m going to dig it out and read it again for old times sake. Hope Everton start moving up the league ain’t wouldn’t be the same without an away game at Goodison.
Thanks for that pal, as an Everton fan it means a lot…always had a soft spot for city and I identify with those commonalities 👍👍
City will never be bigger than Everton fc you will never have a history like us ..your success is down to Oil money 💰
Keep fighting the good fight against the cult of kloppite gobshites. During these difficult last years if it hadn’t been for yous and Real Madrid, it would’ve been a lot harder to take, cheers for giving a toss 👊🏻
@@TomTom-gh1nf chill out mate we have just been funded by some dodgy people but sadly it didn’t work out and there weren’t ffp when city was purchased so you can’t criticise them when we maybe would have spent even more than what we have already wasted. The fella was being nice so wind yeh neck in
Cheers mikey.
Classic Dyche, first day on the job, bleep test 😂 class
The bleep test 😂😂😂 like being transported to 1995
I love watching these videos now Dyche is here 😂
What a great character Sean Dyche is! Both humorous and a hard taskmaster!
He will push the Everton players to their limits and in consequence they can bring the best out of them.
Hopefully we can see that tougher physicality already in our game tomorrow, but surely that element will implement itself in the coming weeks.
By first taking the games by the scruff of the neck, enables the Everton players, who also have skill, to play good football, too.
That combination hopefully brings Everton enough good results to keep us up.
Have confidence, players and fans!
4:33 lol Big Yerry not stretching in case he pulls his groin again!!!
😂😂😂
Sad, but probably true
Giving the bleep test. I think I've given enough of a bleep test to the boys all season, but still good to see.
me to ha
Lmao 🤣🤣
😆😆😆
New signings look promising
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yep, that Japanese player Fu Kall looks class
Honestly, players that have barely played or been injured, like garner, will feel like new signings. Dyche is a brave man, and I'll back him to the end of the world
When Townsend comes back he will be a godsend, he’s the only player we have who can whip it in from a corner or from the wing or a free kick
Save the negativity or if you’re not a blue just jog on
It looks like the training sessions have got a whole lot harder. We've got to get behind Sean and the team, and I know we will if the team give us 100% in every game ( The Minimum requirement surely )
Nil Satis Nisi Optimum
Mate they did a bleep test
If those players start trying harder I'll be even more angry than I am now, doesn't matter about the manager. I don't want to see evidence they didn't try and the fans shouldn't let them off the hook for a terrible season so far
@@MP-mn2tu so you’ll be happy if they continue to put no effort in and we get relegated just to prove a point .
@@chrissanders1027 Not what he said at all.
Nice of them to get Frank Lampard to show Sean Dyche around.
Ano I thought that when i saw that guy 😂
Got a weirdly good feeling about dyche, got a good aura about him and didn’t know how tactical he actually was, hopefully he brings Everton back
He is a basic manager he might keep you up but Everton won't be pulling up tree's
Dumb take, Dyche had to keep to basics with Burnley because there was no investment, if he can beat Arsenal he can achieve a lot more than comment rats think.
We’re Everton and we’ll be Everton forever, up the toffees
Literally the hard yards! Already my favourite saying.
Im a Liverpool fan but I love Sean Dyche, hope he has success with Everton… just maybe not too much 😂
Dyche reminds me of one of my old managers when I played at districtl level as a teenager in the earlier mid 90's. He used to wear football boots on the side lines and was proper old school too. It's actually refreshing to see this type of management
Lovely training ground. I think Dyche will do well there .
He certainly will in the championship that’s why he’s there
This is a great promotional behind the scenes video wish all clubs did this. 😆
I've just come here to listen to Dyche shout at the players.
hes a G, will make every player better.
Reminds me of when I took over Elgin City in 01/02 on Champ Man.
He deserves this chance he will do really well.
I thought Dyche was a kind of "hard man" coach that would have this Everton team playing tough, uncompromising football. But listening to him speak in his press conference he's actually incredibly articulate and thoughtful and a bit of softy. He's not a "hard man" he just demands hard work from his players.
I had to crawl my way through a Liverpool ad to get here best be worth it
Backing the fella and his staff 100%. COYB UTT
Good luck SD, We're all trust you
Sean dyche looks in better physical shape now than when I saw him end his playing career at Northampton 😂
We need to get behind dyche and try to be positive and build the team back up
First stop, the hot pie cabinets!
Wish I could see Thelwell and Kenwright running around in a panic when they realise it's deadline day and they've done absolutely nothing
Go on Sean. The club have dropped you in it but we back you 100%
It looks like Dyche means business, let’s hope the players do too from now on 💯%
Everton Unseen. That somes up Evertons season!
I note Dyche said: well, the first thing is to get them fit. At this stage of the season that is the last thing he should have to worry about but he knew right away what part of the problem was so it was back to basics for everyone.
Good luck to Dyche, like him in the prem
What was once unseen, now cannot be unseen
sweat on the shirt as he promised, love to see it
Actually, is Andre Gomes still there? I'm portuguese and haven't kept up with him in years. Does he still play often?
@@jeanlundi2141 he's gone to Lille 🙂
@@jamesdillon8122 Oh that's right! I had heard something like that actually, months ago, just had forgotten.......right, he went to play with the small portuguese contigent over there. He had big potential but that Barça treatment and the injury might have changed him irrevocably.
Deluded
@@jeanlundi2141 Yeah that little cry-a-baby Hue-ming-son done it deliberately he knew what he was doing he's still at it even now🤬
Good luck sean,, 👍👍👍👍👏👏👏
Please save us, Dyche
LMAO GOOD SHT DYCHE
All the fans need to see is a step up in effort and quality on Sat as Everton fans will support the team 100% if they do that. I’d take a hard fought defeat against the league leaders as a good sign, a draw or win would be outstanding
Bleep test Day 1. Savage! 😂
Everton have been unseen all season
Listen I want Dyche to do well and keep us up, and I want to give the team as much support as we can, but we still need to get rid of THE BOARD!!
Or improve the board.. people calling out denise when she has nthing to do on the pitch or transfers lmao
@@mattyy101 or improve it, absolutely! Something needs to be done.
The only way would be a takeover, but let's park that until the end of the season. Need to give Dychey a chance.
The owner calls the shots and he doesn’t sit on the board.
@@davidwilliams3274 go bk to bed lad
Loved Frank as person shame it never worked out for him but maybe he was too soft with the lads. I like the look of Dyche straight away in hard on the lads making them put the yards in proper old school. One thing lampard never changed was his formation maybe with Dyche a good old school 442 is what we need
So they've been training on a different size pitch to Goodison Park!
Pause on 6.05. One player gets to the line. They'll not be cutting corners for long with Dyche in!
Smash it Sean mate.
going down, going down
It is obvious from the type of groups of players that came out that there is a clear divide amongst them! Clearly don’t mix!
when he was on the training field he looked like phil mitchell
The one manager, who is a thorn in Liverpool back . Good choice by Everton ,I expect them to zoom up the table soon.
I have just stopped the video on 2 mins. Did he walk the pitch and realise it is a bigger pitch than Goodison? So simple but so stupidly easy
Rooting for you guys to stay up
Two goalless draws would be progress.
Take that all day long
it would thats realistic clean sheets
We won! Beat Arsenal
@@theinngu5560 your comment didn't age well lol
Let's go 👏
Dyche A Modern day Tony Pulis.... I hope Everton get Relegated
Appointing This Longball Merchant.
Not an Everton fan but you've got yourself a proper manager, good luck to Sean he fully deserves this chance.
All I can say is 🎶 your defence is in trouble...🎶
HOOOOOFFFFF IT
Reminds me of that great film Mike Bassett England Manager.
She flew over to England for the Middlesbrough v Everton match In November 2008 match at the Riverside Stadium...
...Hook Line And Sinker Boys And Germs...
You know what I think he’ll change us
Sean constantly emfosising "hard work" those of us on the outside, probably assume that's a given. If they can overcome the immediate perril, I think he could take them far.. best wishes
He's emphasising "hard work" alot because it's obvious to him and everyone else that this current bunch have not put it in.. bunch of slackers..
I think we'll move up the table soon, we finally have a manager who'll have the players able to run for more than just 55 minutes. Fitness was our main downfall.
@@aus3492 with Arsenal and Liverpool to come, it'll be darkest before the dawn. If those midfielders continue their sloppyness, giving the ball away, and the defenders staying back, because they almost expect to loose the ball, there's no support for forwards. I am concerned for Everton! I think with this manager, he'll get a better tune than Frank. It's a pitty they didn't get a defender last week though
@@tonyshortland8812 Arsenal will be very tough liverpool aren't doing well at the moment might get something from that one. Then 4 winnable games after that.
Omg a beep test now that’s brutal lol
I wonder will Sean take the warm up on goodison like Moyes did if he does goodison will be rock in
What's the tactics gaffer?Just hoof it lads bloody hoof it
Will be a good manager
COYB!
I like the part where he’s walking into the distance: “Fuck this I’m off.”
Speaks a lot louder and clearer than Lampers.
Counts for a lot when coaching.
Beep test is brutal
💙💙
Joy! That first day! Pregnant with expectation! Reality awaiting!
This aged well
💙
Spireite legend Everton won't fail due to lack of hard work anymore.
Well, at the very least, you should have one training pitch at the same dimensions as the stadium pitch.
Dyche will get us winning again.I think we go back to playing with confidence C'mon you blues
Who was that at the end of the bleep test? Iwobi, Godfrey, Mcneil and Price?
Dyche has got in under control ...straight in with his Copa Mundials on , bleep tests , not really the hardest thing you can do but look good to the fans, chirpy , confident and most of all its not bulls*** as he has just got 3 pts against league leaders ....
I want that blue tower wallpaper
Finch fame looks like a decent training ground but the best thing that caught my eye was the HP brown sauce in the canteen ngl
🤣🤣🤣glad I wasn't the only one to notice it
EVERTON UNSEEN - i thought they were going to show an image of the top half of the league table.
What is with the ominous music in the beginning? Marketing had been upgraded with Gordon money to calm the fans, lmao.
Agent Dychey, the secret Liverpool supporter.
Onwards and Upwards COYB back the team and the new manager make goodison a fortress
Everton will stay up…relax…Dyche has got itttt
Surprised the Canteen aren't serving bricks, cement and broken glass
Huge respect for Everton and Sean dyche ,from a birmingham bluenose
Everton fans - you have your team back .
Frank lampard as a southerner was never a good fit , and dont mention benitez .
Dyche is a proper bloke , and the team will reflect that .
When Everton flew to America a few years ago...
...My Ex-Wife and the Everton Staff went out On-The-Piss and a few of the Everton Party-Crashed-At-Her-Pad...
Someone needs to put the stone cold music to the walk at 1.54
Bosh! 👊
yes... no short passing on a small pitch then it gets transferred on to match day...
Preparing for the championship next year..
