The walled fortress at Helm's Deep is under attack by the mighty Uruk-hai army. The forces of men, elves, and a dwarf must do everything they can to stop them from breaching the fortress walls. Can they prevent the Berserker Uruk-hai planting the bomb and blowing up the wall? Will they stop the enemy climbing up the siege ladders? The people of Rohan have never faced such a deadly threat! Includes 8 minifigures: Aragorn, Gimli, Haldir, King Théoden, Berserker Uruk-hai and 3 Uruk-hai.

That's how a licenses set is supposed to look like - it includes literally everything that was important in the movie. Yes more figures would be nice, but if you buy one or two of the small sets you are fine troop wise.
And it has an add on set that's way cheaper and included 6 minifigs.
Why doesn't Lego produce such sets anymore? I would spend all my money for lord of the rings sets

Looks amazing! Just wish it came with more Uruk-Hai, Rohan soldiers and Rohirrim, Eomer, Gandalf, Legolas, Elven warriors, and a Deeping Wall that was a lot longer
that's because you can get a mini pack that goes with it
Yeah... but you have to buy like six of them to make it fit the actual proportions!

Elves didn't show up in the book, and Haldir didn't die at the battle because he wasn't there (in the book)... But Peter still made a great trilogy!

I have no room to place this set yet. My two sons are dying to build it with me. They are tired of looking at the box lol.
here's a hint, I did it and I can have a massive lego war the size of an average room, empty out a room or an area in a room and build it, and your sons will honestly be playing non stop if you get them more orcs and warriors.

What a fantastic video! The Battle of Helm's Deep is one of my all time favourite LEGO sets and I think it's amazing! I'm new to the stop motion/timelapse build video world and I've only done polybags and Attack on Weathertop before now, but I'd love to try videos for bigger sets in the future. :) I've subscribed because I think I'm going to enjoy your other videos :) Do you reckon you'll be able to afford Orthanc eventually? :)
