I can relate this to my self experience.

It help me to maintain my discipline life effortless and easy. So thankfull to chakra healing. Man I so tried to be disciplined, but as an hard core artist mentality it is....

My body is Matter and this matter made from Energy, in this manner this is a energy body. That is y it works, but there is many complex science behind this.

I know Reiki and i can safely say it can do no harm. I dont agree with him. In fact he is saying reiki causes psoriasis, but i think reiki may have reduced my psoriasis.
