Always have been a saver and live below my means
In this past year I have been a saver and payoff all of my student loans and credit cards and created a emergency fund as well. However I know I can tend to spend money on my house or my car

Wow wow WOW!! What a Godly, Holy Spirit filled message on Finances and Marriage. This Sister is Blessed and Anointed and shared Wisdom knowledge. May Rachel'' ministry continue to grow and be blessed in Jesus' name.
So many confuse happiness for 5 mins with happiness for a lifetime. That 10/mo subscription, the extra coffee, the "other thing", all add up and over 10 years becomes enormous. So many don't get into debt on purpose and have every intention of paying it off but it is truly debt by a thousand swipes. Think big out there!

I am a saver, giver and spend where I need to. Never took laon except for byuing our house. Going to be debt free of our house soon. learned about money befor I got married. It is a great lession to learn in lives. Thank tou Rachel!
Rachael, you are dead on when you say don't let things own you. My brother in law just had to have a swimming pool in his back yard. One day he got that big beautiful dug in pool. A few years went by and he told me he hated that pool and was considered having it filled in with dirt. Constant attention and expense, he wished he wouldn't have ever had it, it owned him...
We are glad this message was so applicable for you! We absolutely have to be aware of how we let money and material things take over our focus - it never fulfills us like we think it will. Glad you watched this message with us!

I find myself so caught up in bills, letting them define my mood and how the rest of my week and possibly month will go. The remaining probation money for my bf is due or he goes to jail, my car is due, both of our phones, and I just paid car insurance. Why do we let bills and the struggle that comes with it define everything in our life? Thank you God for the people you have blessed me with. Thank you for the things you have blessed me with that I take for granted every day.

What a great preaching this was. I will say that we in regards to YOLO we don’t know how long we will live if will live long enough to leave an inheritance the Bible says there’s a time for everything. Also coming from a wealthy family being second generation having parents that are wealthy impacts your life a ton. That’s my goal to change my family tree.
