  • Our last city of our 1 week trip, Bratislava. We really loved our time here as it was peaceful and quiet whilst having a balance between nature and historic buildings.

I feel so sorry guys for you not being let into the observation deck above the UFO restaurant, the views from there are really stunning. Really like your video, although you should come back in the summer to get the most out of the city (this applies also to Vienna and Prague). Can't wait to see more of your content

22:04 Bratilsva is actually the sunniest city of the three. + Vienna is always colder than Bratislava. You need to come back in spring. Or summer but expect it to be hot for long walks - you'll need more coffee breaks.
Also, next time, don't come on Sunday if you can. Slovakia stops on Sundays. It's part of our culture. Majority of people aren't working on Sunday. So everything is closed. If you do come on Sunday next time, maybe go to Devín castle. It's an important landmark of that area and it's always open.

A great place to get a beer/drinks is right next to the Slovak pub Called KGB pub, you can also see it in the background at 7:03 . It is filled with old Soviet artifacts and the whole theme is communistic era. It has great and friendly waiters and the drinks are very well made. Personally I would recommend getting a beer and a drink called “grepovička” it is made out of traditional Slovakia spirit Borovička and grapefruit juice. It is also smoker friendly with a separate smoking room. It is one of our favorite places to go to.

Good video! Thanks to the author of the channel for this fascinating video! It is interesting to see how people live in other countries! It is very important to know foreign languages on such trips. I would like to recommend to all travelers a practical guide to learning foreign languages by Yuriy Ivantsiv " Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages". This book contains a lot of useful tips on how to learn a foreign language for tourists, students, entrepreneurs and anyone who needs a foreign language in life. There are a lot of good tips on how to solve problems with the language from beginner to advanced level of language learning. It turns out that the traveler only needs to know a few dialogues and you can easily travel around the world! You don't have to spend a lot of time to fully learn a foreign language, you just need to learn what you can use when you travel. I wish everyone exciting travels!
