I can tell from thw quartz sand which "river" you're on 😎 now and again ya'll do a video in my neck of the woods! First video of yours that I have seen, watched the whole thing and was very entertained. I am amazed at how easily both of you were able to find so many fossils, you must have a wealth of knowledge in the Earth Sciences. The only time I have come across fossils is when I started caving recently. We did a recent river exploration trip with friends in the North to seek out an old mill, its great to see others getting out and having the same kind of fun at these times.

In the NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) Cookery there is a recipe called Gado-Gado pasta that is a peanut butter based Thai lime dish that we would add chicken to. It's actually very good.

Guys. I’m heading hunting tomorrow. Are the boat ramps and parks open to launch. Going all by myself. Never fossil hunted. But in NY I was known as the Clamdigger. I could walk into the water from the beach and hand clam up to 400 clams in a single tide. I have to believe I may have the skills needed.

WILDKYLE Kyle. Thanks for getting back to me. Yes I live up in Oviedo. Been studying all your videos for several months. I wish there were good fossil hunting up here. The Econ River is about a half mile behind my house. I’m currently carving a path through the woods. I notice for the most part you hunt the creeks. Been studying access points on Google Earth. I figure I will start slow and if I get the fever then I will dedicate more time. I was going to hit the Payne creek. By accessing the start park but they may not allow me access. Other option was gardener boat ramp and hike up to Charlie creek. Zolfo spring boat ramp was also on my list. I’ll take any advice you can offer.
Look I know it's hard right now but you can still go out as long as you're not around a lot of people he can go out by yourself and do some fossil hunting or with Chris there's a lot more to do than just fossil hunt I mean come on the whole Outdoors is open to you not a lot of people going out for some strange reason it LOL anyways please stay safe be careful and may God bless can't wait to see the next

Peanut butter chicken is very good with rice
I'm gonna try it!
Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless chicken cutlets
3/4 cup milk
3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter (or maybe a little more)
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Approximately 2-3 cups crushed Corn Flakes
Vegetable/Canola Oil
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or maybe a little more)
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 cup water (can reduce or adjust to get the thickness d
Drizzle of honey
Directions
Whisk together the milk, 3 tbsp of creamy peanut butter, and egg. Sprinkle in a few dashes of salt and pepper. Soak your chicken in this mixture for a few minutes while you get any other prep done (I did this while getting the carrots and broccoli ready to steam and starting the rice). While chicken is soaking, put all sauce ingredients in a glass measuring cup or other microwavable container. You might want to start with 1/2 cup of water and add more later to reach your desired consistency. Microwave this mixture for 30 seconds and then whisk to thoroughly combine. Microwave another 30 seconds until hot. At this point you can add more water if necessary to make the mixture a little thinner. This can be done ahead of time and just reheated when the rest of the meal is ready. Coat soaked chicken pieces in Corn Flakes and cook in oil, flipping once, until browned on both sides and cooked through. Serve with rice & veggies of your choice and drizzle with peanut butter sauce. ENJOY
