Personal Opinion:
The hotel amenities is a 5 star, the maintenance, cleanliness, resort size and room is very spacious, the food in the restaurant is great, but there's a lot of work still need to be done on the beach section (we went to the Beach in Bavaro area on Day 4th of our trip and their beach are white and clean).
The hotel service is 4 star, the staffs are polite and respectful, but there's not much service with attention, or attention to details. At least... they didn't offer a welcome drink, so we are not sure what is their signature drink.
