      I would respectfully disagree.
      Let me explain why...
In Islam we follow objective standards given to us by the One who created us.
So judging if the clothes are modest or not is not about my or your opinion of what modesty is, it's about the requirements that need to be fulfilled for you to be wearing a proper hijab.
      Who gave us those requirements?
      Allah.
So some of the requirements are as follows:
      1-Non descriptive of the body
      2-Non transparent
3-Non being attractive to the eyes of people around you
4-Not resembling the clothes of non-believers.
So these are some of the requirements that need to be fulfilled in order to assume that something is a "modest" hijab.
BarakAllahu fek and may Allah guide us all to what He loves.

Here's a penny of my thought. I dressed worse than you did🤣 I'd wear skinny jeans with hijab, once I think a three-fourth pants, that's how we call it. And people in my life then would tell me BETTER LOOSE THE HIJAB. But I never did, I couldn't bring myself to leave our house without hijab because I've been wearing one since time immemorial. But I couldn't dress otherwise because contrary to their assumptions (they must have thought, it was for fashion- I WAS A TEEN! I know nothing of such, I was only wearing whatever feels comfortable to me while doing what I believe was sunnah which was covering my hair. I did failed to cover my awrah due to the skimpy clothes but I never worn anything shorter, a sleeveless, or anything over disrespecting hijab), those clothes are what my money could only afford, what my mother could only afford. Fast forward and now we can afford decent abayas, or long flowy dresses that fits for a hijab and what is meant to be halal. And I never stopped wearing my hijab. I never left our house, went to places, or posted online WITHOUT MY HIJAB.
PS. PLEASE BE KIND. I knows most people are only concern, or others are simply being arrogant and judgeful. But think before you speak, comment, or criticize. You never know, your facade of a concern might push someone farther from her Deen.

It isn't just law enforcement keeping men in line, there are more good men who wouldn't assault women than there are bad men out in the world. Also why wouldn't a religion focus more on the sin that is to sexually assault a woman, a despicable and disgusting thing, than focusing on a woman wearing jeans and a hoodie that actually fit them instead of 5 sizes too big?? That doesn't make sense. Rebuke the men showing perverse behaviors, not the women victims.

Bruh, it's fine to wear Hijab just like other people do with their cultural things. Noone has any problem with that.
But the issue is Hijab is not just a symbol of culture but correlated to modesty. This compulsion ain't in any religion. It's okay if it's religious symbol but don't call covering hair to be modest. Covering the head actually has social reasons like saving from sun's heat. Hence, everyone in the past had headwears. It ain't any modesty which deserves to be killed if defied

It's obviously not allowed. Do some proper research. And you don't get to talk about how the husband feels about his wife wearing the hijab. He's married to her for a reason. Islam is the 2nd biggest religion on this planet. We function normally like all other people from different religions. We get married, have children, get a job, have lots of fun. We're doing just fine.
Last thing is don't mix religion with politics and the rulers of certain countries. There are lots and lots of Muslim countries and in most of them you don't get killed for not wearing the hijab (I don't wear the hijab 🤷‍♀️ my mom does, some friends do and some don't).

Im so proud and happy, our friend group has given an impact on others, and i hope this saved muslim group will become bigger. We also teach her about islam, and im so happy that this saved muslim group gives an impact on others! I was also walking to school a time, and saw a muslim rastafarian! Its satisfying where we was and where we are now. I have one more story, last Ramadhaan, we were getting ready to sleep and my parents were outside, so i went to tell them goodnight but they called me, so i came, they showed me lights, colourful lights (btw it was the last 10 nights of Ramadhaan) but the lights someone was shining could rrach that far, and it also looked like angels, a human body whit wings but no face, just a glowing colourful lights. We figured the angels were just playing during the last ten nights, and another beautiful thing about it is that when you take a picture, you wouldnt see them, cause you can see an angel but you can see them on a picture, thats why on those certain videos of muslims showing an angel, you dont see it.

Or should she say she is now fully brainwashed! (If you think the second outfit is better then you are wrong, she still is showing her face, Her hands! Omg she's not even covering her nose, she's breathing! She should be in a burkha, that is modest rest others still show face and skin)
She's made to think that her god won't love her and it is a sin wearing tight or shirt clothes cause they are not "modest"? Be open minded and leave that thought process behind. Why Don't you stop your men from wearing jeans huh? Discriminates at it's peak. You all are brainwashed and can't even make the decisions of your life according to your will. Your life revolves around judgement day. You aren't even given a choice. No choice to whether wear the hijab or not. No choice to leave your religion. Every normal act becomes a sin. And you're made guilty for thinking that way if you don't agree and follow those rules. You say your religion is the most peaceful while terrorists kill so many innocents. Just a bunch of brainwashed people who think that they're being modest and God will reward them for obeying him. Take control of your own life and use your brain to make choices. The reason why hijab started is not applicable to today's society. We must teach our men to act responsibly rather than making your girls an Egyptian mummy.

I think the difference is that they were wearing normal clothes before and modest clothes after (idk what it's called but it is something Islam women wear to be modest/traditional ig)
