- Here is my music video/cover of the opening theme from TUGS. Before I was requested to play the theme from TUGS I had never heard of it or the show before. However, after listening to the music I instantly really liked it and was super keen to see if I would be able to play it (and I eventually was)! I really hope you enjoy my music cover/video of the TUGS opening theme!
Since this is my last video for the year and the summer is well and truly here, I decided that I'd step things up a bit and record some trumpet playing outdoors by the docks!

The opening theme for a show about boats... It only made sense! Don't know why I did a lying down shot though. My friend (that recorded me playing the trumpet) suggested that I do it and I just went with it!

Thank you so much for the kind words. I almost entirely agree with your statement. The only main thing that isn't so good about my channel is my upload schedule. I've got a video planned to be out the weekend and then hopefully this can kickstart some productivity for me. I've got a few music ideas that I'd like to do!

Wow. It seems like the video for this weekend won't even be making it :( Will have to have it out next weekend instead. On one hand, I'm really annoyed because I probably could have completed it in time if I didn't waste as much time as I did. On the other hand, I only have some more editing to finish (all the recording parts have been done) and if everything goes to plan I can have this project finished to upload next weekend and then my next cover/video (which will be Bill and Ben's theme) uploaded the following weekend (so 2 weeks in a row of uploads).

The original version of this theme includes the narration and I wanted to be true to the original so I got a friend of mine to help me out by recording himself doing the narration. Yeah, It was really fun filming a a local dock. Couldn't have done it without the help from my mate. My mate helped me find a suitable dock to film at and helped me film the trumpet part for this video!

There’s actually a reason behind that.
One of my favourite things is motor racing (which I’m sure you could extrapolate with the majority of my subscribed channels). And I’m a NASCAR fan. When I got NASCAR ‘14, I originally wanted the number 95 so I could make a Lightning McQueen replica, but that number was already taken. So I changed it to the final two digits of my mother’s birth year (1969).
Little did I know, that was also the number of the 2006 MotoGP champion, Nicky Hayden, who would pass away in 2017 (three years after I had already chosen the number). So I could also think of it as a way to honour Nicky.
