Im a Pit/D.Pit main and I can relate to the hitboxes and down air fail things^^ Pit is supposed to have a spike, but there is none, always meming with friends about it when I play with them and play Pit/D.Pit :D Its pretty hard to hit and even if you hit, it sends nowhere but its still a good move.
it helps to think of the side hits of pits dair as separate moves, essentially a dtilt in the air, can be follow up on with other aerials and sometimes side b. makes for some neat clips.
Bro, I really appreciate the Kid Icarus music. I spent over 1000 hours of my childhood on that game until my 3DS litterally broke from playing too much. Yeah, the battery swelled up from overheating and cracked the back of it. I miss it🥺....
Wow....knowing all the stuff they didn't get right with Ganondorf....but watching dark pit's down air made me realize just how perfect Ganondorf's is 😂
"I think Stone Tower Temple is the best temple in all of Zelda" YES! The Inverted Tower mechanic, Garo Master and Eyegore fights on the bridges... the creepy atmosphere and music, it really is an amazing level. The worst dungeon imo is Jabu Jabu's Belly (Level 7) in Oracle of Ages.
Very nice! I rarely see anyone play Pit online. I don't play him, but I always hear that Pit is like the most average character in the game. He isn't bad, but he isn't great. He just doesn't stand out much from the rest of the roster.
@@mattb6522 Yeah, its out for 1 frame I think and its only right below him and pretty small. In my opinion the spike is way to weak for how hard it is to hit. But the move is still good. Its just very heart breaking all the time you dont hit it :D
@@Myuga619 Oh, wow. So probably one of the worse spikes it sounds like? I have the same problem with Pirahna Plant's DAIR. I always have trouble the sweet spot for the spike.
@@mattb6522 Well I dont think its one of the worst, sonce you can use it as kill confirm onstage and its decently fast, but yeah Im happy when I hit it but sad when it sends the enemy nowhere :D P.Plant spike hitbox length got buffed I think, people say its way better now.
Dark Pit better than Pit in general because Arrows are easier to control and hits harder and Electroshock Arm knocks people horizontally which is convenient for getting kills.

Agreed. Majora's Mask is just much more interesting than Ocarina. It has this unique atmosphere that I don't think I've really seen in any other Zelda game.
@Master Shifu perfectly aware. I'm not saying the people who play the character aren't skilled. It's incredibly complex what they do, and the time they put into learning the character must be immense. I just don't think that the character is interesting to watch, which is subjective.
@Master Shifu in perfect honesty, you could say it's born of envy at my own inability to play the game; I prefer watching. I have nothing against the players, as they're immensely talented. I'm just not a fan of the character.
Pit dair is the best worst move in all of ult, on one hand using it for combo extensions and in neutral is really good. But trying to spike with it is so dog shit
I know people wouldn’t understand but you should try to put the sponge bob clips from the german show (subtitle it just in case) it would be hilarious (I watched it actually in german when I was a kid so thats why I’m suggesting)
