Her nose is and has been disturbing since she got it pinched to almost non-existence. And as you age and keep getting your face skin pulled back, it starts to make the eyes have an upward slanted effect. It shows.... and it's not cute. She 'has gone' overboard.

The reason Janet is a "plastic surgery success" is because....she hasn't had any. She "might" have slimmed her nose many years ago, but that's it.
