Throwback........In the year that celebrates the 59th annual Ballina Salmon Festival and the 300th Anniversary of Ballina town (Ballina 2023), we thought a throwback to the opening of Ballina Salmon Festival in 1992, which was officially opened by Jack Charlton would be very apt for today.
