Heal for almost nothing.
E and R is utility that both enemy and you can use.More time bard players use r against you,than help.
So this champion only have meeps+q and some extra exp from passive.
Bard is a great support but he is hard. If you haven't seen a good bard I am guessing that your elo must be low
Most of the time hes not even in lane. But if u have a good enough adc, then ur probably set for roaming.
A good bard is a troll bard. If I can win my game by trolling, I will every single time
The R alone is a gamechanger
