- Hello! Yes, it's been awhile but I'm back! Today I talk about how to make it look like you have eyelashes when you don't have any. And no, I didn't realize I had eyeshadow on my nose towards the end. Enjoy!

You’re awesome Anneka! I just wanted to give you a tip that I use when applying makeup. Ok, you know how mentioned wanting to put your elbow on something to help you with precision? Well, in the world of physics (I think that’s what it would be), the elbow would be your fulcrum. Years ago, I worked as an Orthodontic Assistant, and when working in the mouth, usually on braces, we don’t ever want to slip with a scaler in your hand. That’s the hook like instrument that could cause some serious damage in someone’s mouth. So, we used our ring finger and pinky as a fulcrum, on the chin or another tooth, etc. Today, I find myself using the fulcrum way when applying makeup. Especially eye makeup! Thank you! ✌🏼❤️

Hello, Anneka! Although I don't have alopecia, I've always had very sparse eyebrows (never plucked) and because of shingles on my face, over my eyebrow and in my eye I cannot wear mascara anymore. The shingles also exacerbated an already bare patch on my right eyelashes and so right half of my right eye has NO lashes. I definitely look weird. This 60 yo gal cannot wait to try your tricks to make me look like I have eyelashes and eyebrows. Thanks so much.

I'm like actually concerned for mine. I dont have eyelashes like at all.. when I was little I had super thick long ones but now they fall out. And my eyelids are always puffy and reddish.. like wtf?

You can just adjust the colors; the style and techniques still work for all her videos. I follow black videos (I'm white) and some of the best tutorials are on there, and I just adjust it to fit my coloring. Good luck 🙏🙏

Anneka, you are a beautiful young woman. But I don't know why in the world you don't show off your beautiful face and features by doing your amazing makeup tutorials without the distracting wigs.
