Its about a Son in law (Mkwasha) who visited his in-laws. instead of having quality time with them discussing and sharing some pass time stories, He is welcomed by His Father in law, the one in the picture telling him to kneel down with one leg, and to remove his hate and to clap his hands as a sign of respect. after performing such traditional custom, unfortunately the rains started gathering in the sky and he is then pointed to the sky as a sign that he has to do something to make sure seeds and everything needed in preparation for farming by his in laws is done. As if this is not enough, farming starts and he is forced to work in the field under the instruction that failure to do such an act would result in his father in law taking his daughter back. Its an interesting story with a happy ending as you can see at the end the mother in law running after the car bidding farewell to her son in law. The song reflects how son in laws are treated in our Shona or possibly African culture

Mai Meki as I remember from this other local drama that we used to watch when we were growing up, she acts effortlessly its like she was naturally born to act.
