  • in this episode of the Manhattan Project...
    continuation of cylinder head removal pt 1 & 2
    I work my way through the process of removing the cylinders from the bottom end. as u can see from PT 1 there is a lot of rust and the Pistons have seized.
    using various tools ( mostly plastic hammer & birch stick) I get the wrist pin exposed and finally get the cylinder barrel removed

    Hey Brian.. I've got a 650 cc one cylinder.... it's a Suzuki Savage.....I hit a deer with it at 65 mph back in 2003. I built it back, but I've let it sit outside for the last 4 years .
