@@RealMelTan Yes, i got it today and for my taste, the best i had till now. The surface of the keyboard feels very good and the dynamics of pressing the keys are different, much better and very quiet. The lighting also looks great.
Yes! And thanks for the follow up. It's been almost a month, and I usually rotate my keyboards, but this one and the Corsair K55 really suit the Xmas season 😄
Do you recommend this model over the "older" Scope with MX Cherry Red ? I'm worried that the optical system will malfunction over time with accumulated dirt. Thanks!
if its water spill resistant, IP56 rated, its not gonna get dust in it. and those optical switches are rated 100million clicks. Asus Mechanical Red switches are rated for 70 million, and Cherry MX Reds are rated 50 million. So i doubt you will have problems with them failing.
For optical keyboard there is pretty much 2 other choices, the Corsair K100 (which while having wrist rest and other buttons, cost twice as much as this ASUS). The other is the Razer Huntsman and Huntsman Elite (which also cost 2x as much)
Do you think this is a worthy upgrade over the Strix Scope?
yes
Good review, finally someone that does not emphasize only on RGB and other subjective arguments
Great Video! Appreciate the good work. Stay healthy. Greetings from Germany!
Thank you 419neeko for your support ! Stay healthy too, and Hi from Singapore. What did u like about our review?
in my opinion keyboards need more wide CTRL keys and short shift key for easier accessible CTRL, short CTRL keys are awful for my fingers XD
I will definitaly buy this keybaord.
And have u bought it ? :D
