Family members need to apply for a separate residence permit based on family ties. There is, for example, an income requirement that the applicants need to fill.
Just google "Residence permit application based on family ties when your spouse has a residence permit in Finland" and you will end up to the pages of Migri which is the immigration service of Finland.
There you can see the requirements for income, marriage sertificates, residence permit fees, etc. Like the application fee for one person currently is 470eur if you do it online, 520eur if you use paper application.
You can apply for all your Visa together
