This is good for any type of wall but great for plaster walls.
Hello everyone, I'm Joshua. And I'm going to talk to you about how to fill a decent sized hole in your plaster walls. To fill that hole in. I just took a coffee filter, you can use a paper towel, toilet paper, anything that you can crunch up and shove into the hole. So we're going to take it and get it to about the size of the hole. And then shove it into the hole. We'll push it in there and recess it back just a little bit. The reason you are doing this is the drywall mud that can put on top has a tendency to shrink in crack. so we want to put as little drywall mud over the hole possible. That is why we are filling it up with up with the coffee filter.
Here I have just a little bit of drywall mud that when a skim right over top of the hole. And take it. Put a little bit on there. Now since this is a textured wall I'm going to take my finger just try to match the texture that is already on the wall.
    Thanks for watching!
