I have been to many African countries and they were alright. But nowhere puts you in awe like South Africa. The way this woman is reacting is the way my wife and I felt when we were in South Africa. No where in America made me feel like this. Cape Town, Joburg, Durban and Port Elizabeth all made us feel like we had found our paradise. I couldn't move there now, but I know exactly where I'm going once my money ship comes sailing in.
We appreciate that so much. We will keep doing our best and put out positive content about South Africa. There is so much more to this country that what we have been told.
I am patiently waiting to hear from you guys. I love what I see and here about South Africa. I considered Ghana 🇬🇭, the Gambia 🇬🇲, Uganda 🇺🇬, Tanzania 🇹🇿, Kenya 🇰🇪, Senegal 🇸🇳 but South Africa is head and shoulders my first choice.
Keith Tunstill hello we are doing our best to tell the story the way it is here in South Africa. Africa is beautiful in general. Please feel free to send us a email would love to hear from you. Info@therealsouthafrica.com
@@TRSA Hello Keith Tunstill here. I sent you an email under Alvin requesting your ebook for repat and thriving from US to SA. I look forward to your reply.
I'm sure the lady made an offer after the house tour. She couldn't contain her excitement. She was enjoying the house. Good job The Real South Africa Team.
I'm trying to decide between Durban, JBurg and Cape Town... I want to be around more African Americans but also close to the beach. Can you help guide me please? I'm from St.Louis nu currently live in Phoenix.
DC, Durban is the most Black beach side city plus it's basically Summer All Year! For now Google "Property 24" and search for the 'KwaZulu-Natal' province and I'd say look for the following suburbs: Umhlanga Durban North Westerville Mount Edgecomb I say travel on holiday first with @realsouthafrica and I guarantee you, everything you've been told about our country will subside when you land. As a South African whose visited the States, I can assure you, your standard of living won't drop when you get here. Welcome Home😉
To add my two cents worth, when looking for a house in SA also enquire about the monthly rates & taxes, estimated electricity costs and levy charges if the property is in a sectional title. These costs are going to be with u for a long as u live in the property. They can be very high for a big property.
@@iTuber012 It's basically costs you pay if you live in an Estate. Those fees go for day to day maintenance and management of the entire estate. They are also cover your municipalities refuse collection, sewage and insurance for the entire property (but you pay for your own insurance for contents inside the house). I think you guys in the USA call it "Home OwnersAssociation" fees. Hope I've helped😉
What we want us as well is African Americans coming with their expertise opening banks here in Africa to curb there so long exploitation of Africans by White monopoly capital. Our Wealth should circulate among us.
