Because I’m not going to date/get engaged to my coworkers husband (that’s not even fully divorced yet)... as simple as that. But I do understand not everyone has the same morals. My coworker told me her daughter went on a trip with a group of friends (and friend of friends) and she hooked up with a guy that had a girlfriend that wasn’t there. My coworker was ok with her daughter pursuing a relationship with him even if he doesn’t break up with the girl. I wouldn’t want that for my daughter. It’s a respect thing.
