    Coincidentally ive started walking a few days ago and because of my daily routine i wasn’t able to join any gym or anything but it really gave me so much strength and i felt like im finally doing something good for myself after so long and now I don’t want to miss it no matter what honestly it gives you so much more than just toning your body etc thanks for motivating people because i wanted to do the same there are women who have so many responsibilities and just ignore themselves unko bhi yeh message dena bohat zaruri hai ❤

    I started doing Yoga in 2018 and initially I really use to feel very much lazy and doing all the stretches and stuff I use to feel like sneaking out and running away from my Yoga class but as days passed I was used to it and the change which i saw in my body both externally and internal mental peace believe me it was change for good reason , before that I use to hesitate to like the way I look but after starting to do Yoga I started to like the way I look. From them Yoga Mat became my one of the closest mate :)

    Its been evident for a month at least that Rabia has been taking better care of her health, not easy to do with work and hot weather but hard work is showing, looking younger and healthier, i hope to see more and more pakistanis take good care of their health by exercising.

    I do Leslie's walk at home. It's really fun and doable. I'm not regular so I don't know if it helps in weight loss or not but I enjoy it. But one thing with exercise is that if you push yourself for it alot,it tires you sometimes. I don't know why. I feel tired after doing it. So I only exercise when I ready for it
