I have sewn for many years & now, because of you, I understand how to use my machine properly. I didn't know you would get the elasticity with the twin needle. Plus I didn't realize how to use the sideways bar to hold thread. Thank you so much 💓

You can use a bobbin of matching thread on the bobbin winder, just not locked into bobbin winding mode!

What about extra wide twin needle. It seems like it’s too wide for the J pressor foot.Any suggestions? Not sure what pressor foot to use.it’s a schmetz 6,0/100 universal twin wide for knit fabrics.

You might want to look into ‘open toe presser foot’ - it’s very wide and suppose to work with 7mm width stitch, I think it should work with 6mm twin needle🤗
